Job Description
Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts in Frankfort, KY from October 7 - 28. On October 7, 9, 11, 28, provider will be covering two locations for a half day each. Hours for Location A are Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm; Tuesday/Thursday, 1:00pm - 4:00pm. Hours for Location B are Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 1:00pm - 4:00pm; Tuesday/Thursday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. October 14 - 17 are at Location C and hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute break.
Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, physicals, and wellness services. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
