Job Description
Clinical Magnet, a division of Clinical Magnet, is looking for an adult Nurse Practitioner to join our partner's full- time team in Lambertville, NJ. This opportunity offers great pay, a Monday-Friday schedule, and the ability to provide compassionate care to the often underserved, incarcerated population.
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity (not contract).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides primary and acute/chronic care management to adult male and female incarcerated individuals
• Conducts occasional emergency care when needed
• Demonstrates both autonomy and proficiency in performance of comprehensive health assessments.
• Effectively communicates with all members of the care team and facilitates a medically appropriate and effective plan of care
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1 year of recent experience working as a Nurse Practitioner with adults
• Acute care experience required
• Correctional experience a plus but not required
LICENSURE, CREDENTIALING AND CERTIFICATION
• Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Current unrestricted RN license for the state in which the provider is practicing.
COMPENSATION and SCHEDULE:
• Salary starting at $124K
• Monday – Friday schedule
• NO weekends or on-call
