Start Date or Shifts Requested September 26, October 1, 10, 21, November 7, 11, 27, 29, December 23, 24, 26, 27, 30, 31
Daily Schedule: 7a-4:40 - Half days Fridays (8:30a-12:30p)
Job Details
Obesity and weight loss focused primary care clinic
Types of cases: Physicals, BP follow-up, diabetes follow-ups, walk-ins, coughs and colds, no procedures required
Requirements: BLS, DEA, Board Certified or Board Eligible
Ages: 5+
EMR: Athena
Practice is heavy Spanish speaking
