Dates: ASAP thru 11/8, Monday through Friday, work shift can be either 8a-5p or 7a-4p

Employee Health clinic- seeing employees and their families

Ages 5 and up

EMR- Athena or EClinicalWorks

REQUIREMENTS

Active CO license

DEA highly preferred

Certifications BLS

2 Years of clinical experience

NP’s only- no SP for PA’s
