Garden City, KS - Employee Health

Ages 2 plus

  • Employee Health Clinic- seeing employees and family members
  • No OccMed
  • EMR Athena

Dates –

10/1, 2, 7, 8, 11, 14, 15, 17, 22, 24, 25, 28

11/6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 25, 26, 27, 29

12/2-15, 12/23-27, minus 12/25

Monday through Friday

M-W-F 7am to 4pm

T/Th - 9am 6pm

Can provide lodging and mileage

REQUIRED:

  • Active KS license with dispensing
  • Certifications- BLS
  • Must have at least two years of experience
