- Preferred Schedule: Mon and Wed 7a-4p; Tues 9a-6p and Thur 9a-3:30p
- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: Family practice 2+ (waiting on more info)
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: current NM license, DEA, BLS, Drug screen, Hep B and TB
- EMR: EPIC or MD Scripts
