Job Description

Client seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment in Bloomington, IN from September 23 - December 23. Specific shifts are September 23, October 14, 16 November 6, 27, and December 23. Hours are Monday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Wednesday, 10:00am - 7:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, and family medicine. Clinic has onsite dispensing and participates in HomeMed. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
