Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 9/23-27; 9/30-10/4; 10/7-12; 10/14-18; 10/21-25; 10/28-11/1; 12/2 - 12/19
- Preferred Schedule: Mon &Thurs 8-3:30p, Tues & Fri 8a - 4, ; Wed 9a - 4p 2nd Sat of every month with the Friday before off.
- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: Family Practice ; Patient ages 5+; Clinic staffed with 2 MAs and 1 provider, They also have a dispensary; average of 10-12 patients per day
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: NJ license, BLS, copy of highest degree diploma
- EMR: Athena
- Pay Rate Preferred: $75-80
