Your New Role:

• Position: Primary Care Provider

• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent

• Setting: Outpatient Clinic

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5 PM on Friday)

• Experience: Full-scope family medicine experience preferred. Florida license required. In-state providers preferred.

• Patient Population: All ages, working alongside two Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs)
