Client seeking Physician and Nurse Practitioner for family practice opportunity in Sanford, FL at a worksite health center on September 18, 25. Hours are September 18, 1:00pm - 5:00pm; September 25, 8:00am - 5:30pm. Provider will see ages 8+ for acute care, chronic care, and HRA appointments.
