Your New Role:

• Position: Advanced Practice Provider

• Job Duration: Locums

• Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Outpatient Clinic

• Patient Population: Diverse populations in Suffolk County, MA and surrounding communities

• Assignment Dates: 90 days or longer

• EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

In this Role:

You will be providing outpatient care to a diverse patient population in the Mattapan area and surrounding Boston neighborhoods. With no call responsibilities, you will work Monday through Friday, seeing a range of patients while contributing to the mission of improving community health. Haitian/Creole language skills are a plus in this vibrant, multicultural community.
