Your New Role:

• Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Mobile Health Wellness Assessments

• Job Duration: Locums

• Setting: Mobile healthcare, traveling from home to home for wellness assessments

• Patient Population: Primarily Medicare patients, occasional Medicaid

• Assignment Dates: Flexible schedule based on provider availability, minimum 2 shifts per week

• EMR: Tablet provided, transitioning to LUMEN

Requirements:

• State License: Active Nurse Practitioner license in West Virginia

• Certifications: NP certification, Medicaid setup is a plus

• Experience: Minimum 3 months of NP experience, with a compassionate bedside manner

In this Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner in West Virginia Counties, you will conduct wellness assessments in the homes of patients, focusing on their overall health and well-being. No bloodwork or prescribing is required. Each day, you will perform six assessments, with each one lasting around 45-60 minutes. This solo role provides flexibility in scheduling, as you will use the LUMEN EMR system to plan your day and document patient care.
