Your New Role:

• Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Mobile Health Wellness Assessments

• Job Duration: Locums

• Setting: Mobile healthcare, traveling from home to home for wellness assessments

• Patient Population: Primarily Medicare patients, occasional Medicaid

• Assignment Dates: Flexible schedule based on provider availability, minimum 2 shifts per week

• EMR: Tablet provided, transitioning to LUMEN

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience, compassionate bedside manner is essential

In this Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner in Texas Counties, you’ll conduct wellness assessments focusing on a patient's overall health and well-being, visiting them in their homes. No prescribing or bloodwork is required. You'll complete six assessments per day, each lasting 45-60 minutes, and have the flexibility to schedule your day using the LUMEN EMR system.
