Your New Role:

• Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Mobile Health Wellness Assessments

• Job Duration: Locums

• Setting: Mobile healthcare, traveling from home to home for wellness assessments

• Patient Population: Primarily Medicare patients, occasional Medicaid

• Assignment Dates: Flexible schedule based on provider availability, 2 shifts per week minimum

• EMR: Tablet provided, transitioning to LUMEN

• Incentives: $100 per assessment, travel stipend of $60/day (up to 120 miles) or $300/day (for over 120 miles), and $400 for 20 hours of paid online training.

Requirements:

• State License: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state

• Certifications: NP certification, Medicaid setup is a plus

• Experience: Minimum 3 months of NP experience, compassionate bedside manner is essential

In this Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner with our healthcare network, you will perform home-based wellness assessments, focusing on a patient’s overall health, environment, and well-being. Each assessment lasts approximately 45-60 minutes, and you will see 6 patients per day. This solo role offers the flexibility to create your own schedule, utilizing LUMEN for charting and patient planning.
