Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment in Albertville, AL from October 7 - 10, November 11, December 23, 24. Hours are Monday, 7:00am - 3:30pm; Tuesday/Wednesday, 10:00am - 6:00pm; Thursday, 8:00am - 1:00pm. Provider will see ages 6+ for primary care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits.
