Family NP

1099 Contract


This is a rural primary/family health clinic. The provider will fill meds from an onsite drug room as there is no pharmacy in the county.


Must be Family NP Certified and able to see all ages. The provider will not have any on-call hours or admitting privileges. There is no hospital in Catron County. Provider will need to be able to provide urgent care and primary care. We occasionally have patients that come in for wound care, sutures, or other urgent care needs. All patients needing a higher level of care, will be transported by local EMS. Provider needs to be or willing to get certified to do CDLs or already have certification.


Requirements

  • NM License with prescription authority
  • DEA
  • BLS, ACLS
  • NextGen
  • Must be comfortable being a solo provider with access to Medical Director
  • Toe Nail removal, ear lavage, suture, cyro for wart, lesions, and skin tag removal/minor procedures

Hours - Monday thru Friday - Two facilities within the county to provide coverage

Open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

40 hours per week


Lodging and travel provided, as well as malpractice insurance.
