* Mon/Wed 8a-2p (no lunch); Tues/Thurs 11a-5p
* Age Restriction: 3+
* Participates in HomeMed
Occ health experience preferred, but not required.
DESCRIPTION:
Onsite clinic for employees and their families
Setting- Outpatient clinic
2-3 patients per hour
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active IN license
- Certifications- BLS or ACLS
- 2 years of primary care experience requested
