Your New Role:

Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent

Setting: Outpatient setting within a community-based health system

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:15am - 6:30pm; rotational phone triage approx. once every 3-5 months during weekends or evening hours

Experience: California license and Family Practice experience required

Patient Population: Primary care for all age patients

In this Role:

As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our healthcare facility in Madera County CA, you will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting. You will see 18-22 patients per day, managing a wide range of services from health screenings, immunizations, chronic disease management, acute care, physical and annual exams, to health and nutrition education. You will use SOAP charting documentation and work with a full support staff. Your role includes participating in a rotational phone triage approximately once every 3-5 months. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required. You must be California licensed and maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
