- Setting: on-site health clinic for employees and dependents
- Scope: seeing ages 2+ for primary, minor acute and urgent care
- Dates: Sep 16 – Nov 9
- Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8a – 4:30p
- Volume: 8-12 patients per day
- Support: MA
- EMR: EPIC
- Requirements: Active OR lic, DEA, BLS, 2 ys of APP exp
- Pay rate: $75 per hour
