Your New Role

• Position: Experienced Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent
• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Schedule: 4.5 days per week, some after-hours phone calls required
• Experience: Must have primary care experience as an APP; must have ties to rural Northwest Illinois and a reason to be in the area
• Patient Population: Family medicine patient panel, seeing all ages

You will be joining a community-based hospital in Whiteside County, IL. The position involves managing a family medicine patient panel, providing outpatient care to patients of all ages. This role offers a balanced schedule with 4.5 working days per week and some after-hours phone call responsibilities, ensuring a manageable work-life balance.
