Client seeking Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician for family practice opportunity in Burley, ID on November 4, 6, & 7 and December 26 & 30. Hours are 7:00am - 6:00pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages 3+ for primary care, acute care, occupational health, pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals, and fit for duty exams. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience and DOT certification to be considered for this assignment.
