Your New Role:

• Position: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care
• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent
• Schedule: 36 hours per week of patient care and 4 hours of administrative time; M-Th 7:30 am - 7 pm, Fri 8 am - 5 pm (closed to patients from 8 am - 9 am), half-day on Saturday
• Experience: Experience with complex cases and adults preferred
• Patient Population: Approximately 20 patients per day, with a focus on complex adult cases

In this Role:

You will be working in the beautiful island community of Maui County, HI. As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will join a dedicated team of 3 FNPs (2 part-time, 1 full-time) and have your own RN and MA support team. You will work in an integrated model of primary care, providing person-centered and trauma-informed care to nurture health and wellness. Your role will involve managing a complex adult patient population, with an average of 20 patients per day. The healthcare facility uses the Epic EMR system, and the call schedule involves rotation every 6-7 weeks with a message relay service.
