Your New Role:

• Position: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care

• Job Duration: Locums (30-90 days) with the option to transition to Full Time/Permanent

• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic

• Patient Population: Majority of patients are over 35 years of age, with a growing pediatric patient panel and an underserved patient panel, averaging 18 visits per day

• Assignment Dates: Flexible start date

• EMR: To be provided upon assignment

What’s in the Offer:

• Competitive Edge: Competitive locum tenens rate; salary of $135,000 - $180,000 DOE if transitioning to permanent, with RVU bonus of up to an additional $45,000

• Incentives: Housing provided by the client, travel covered, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and possible company housing for the first 6 months if transitioning to permanent

Requirements:

• State License: Active state license required

• Certifications: Relevant certifications required (e.g., NP or PA licensure)

• Experience: Need strong acute skills

In this Role:

You will be working in a rural community hospital, which is a state-of-the-art, 51,000-square-foot facility. The hospital is a critical access facility with 16 beds and 9,000 square feet of covered parking. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be part of a dedicated team working with physicians and other Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to deliver comprehensive primary care services. Your role will involve managing a diverse patient population, with a focus on providing high-quality care to both adult and pediatric patients, emphasizing strong acute care skills. The call schedule is 1:5 (phone only). This locum tenens opportunity provides a chance to experience the role for 30-90 days before deciding on a permanent position.
