· M-F 8am-4:30pm
DESCRIPTION:
· Direct primary care for the employees and dependents; well care, acute and chronic care for individuals 2+
· Site also has lab, behavioral health and physical therapy.
REQUIRED:
· WI License
· BLS
COMPENSATION:
