Garden City, KS - Employee Health

Ages 2 plus

· Employee Health Clinic- seeing employees and family members

· No OccMed

· EMR Athena

Dates - 9/30 - 12/27/24

Monday through Friday

M-W-F 7am to 4pm

T/Th - 9am 6pm

Can provide lodging and mileage


REQUIRED:

· Active KS license with dispensing

· Certifications- BLS

· Must have at least two years of experience
