Job Description
Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from July 26 - August 9 at their Corporate Health clinic in Mokena, IL. Provider will see ages 6+ for primary care and acute care. Hours are Monday 10am-7:00pm, Tuesday/Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Thursday 8:00am - 7:00pm, and Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
