Shift: Thurs 6am-11:30am @ Midway, Fri 5:30am-2:00pm @ Findlay
Ages 5 and up
3-10 patients per day
EMR- EPIC
REQUIREMENTS
Active OH license
Active DEA
Certifications- BLS
1 year of experience
No travel- Must be local
