OPEN NEEDS:

Thief River Falls, MN

Need: NP

Dates: ASAP - 07/05 Mon-Fri 8a-5p less 1 hr unpaid lunch - extension possible for FMLA coverage

Duties: Adults only. Primary care and occupational health. Average 2 visits per hour. EMR: Epic

Must have MN license and DEA
