- Looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is self- motivated, energetic

-Works in collaboration with other health care providers to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Idaho or ability to obtain an Idaho medical license.
- Ability to maintain a valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
- Sensitivity to the needs of the farm-worker families and other rural individuals.
- Sensitivity to the local customs related to health practices and medical care.
