NP Locums need in Farmington, CT for Family Practice and Internal Medicine. Need starts ASAP For 3-4 months, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This is for mostly adults ages 13 +, outpatients setting. Must have CT license, BLS, ACLS and DEA. Highly prefer 2 years of experience. Rate $80/hr. Are you available to help?

DESCRIPTION:
- ASAP- ongoing, Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
- Outpatient setting- Adult members of family; no peds
- 16-24 patients per day
· Flexible to float between two locations - EMR: EPIC
REQUIRED:
- CT state license; active, unrestricted
- Board Certified
- Certifications- BLS, ACLS and DEA
· Two years’ experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
COMPENSATION:
- Competitive Market Rate
- Malpractice insurance provided
