- Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

In this Role:
You will engage with a patient population of all ages managing a spectrum of family practice needs in an outpatient setting. Clinic hours are M – Th: 8a – 8p, Fri: 8a – 5p and Sat: 9a – 1p. You can expect to work 40 hours a week with a rotation of Sat schedule. You can expect to provide manage chronic diseases, immunizations, blood pressure screening, nutritional counselling, family planning counselling, prenatal care, etc. Working with a full support staff, ideal candidate needs to be a team player. Must have 1+ years of experience.
