· 2-3 patients per day

REQUIRED:
· TN state license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified
· Certifications- BLS
COMPENSATION:

SCHEDULE:
Dyersburg, TN: NP or PA. Ages 2+ for acute visitsa nd 12+ for child well visits. No DEA req'd
