DESCRIPTION:
· 2 needs for on-site clinic seeing Employees and Family Members:
ASAP - 03/15/24 Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p less 30 min unpaid lunch with every other Saturday 7a-1p - need is for full-time and not wanting PRN
ASAP - 03/30/24 Mon-Fri 8a-5p less 30 min unpaid lunch each week
· Employee on-site clinic for OccMed and Family Medicine, Acute/episodic care
· EMR: Epic
REQUIRED:
· NV License
· BLS
· DEA
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
· Malpractice insurance provided
