TYPE: 1099 Locums contract

Need: NP

When: 4/3/23 - 6/2/23

Hours: based on the day

Days: 3 days per week, varied hours each day.

Mon 11:30 to 6:30

Wed 9am to 3:30pm

Fri 10am to 6:30pm

Primary Care, Urgent care

Onsite employee health center to provide acute episodic care as well as wellness exams and travel medicine. No dependents, all adult patients. High level of customer service expected. Patient age range - 18 years and up

8-10 patients per shift

REQUIREMENTS

Active MA license

Active DEA

COVID vaccinated

1 year of experience
