DESCRIPTION:
Family Practice Clinic with ER Call in rural community
Dates: 8/9-8/23, 9/6-9/20, 10/3 on-going
Monday – Friday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm Clinic
ER Call usually a week at a time, usually not be responsible to work in the clinic when on call.
Needs flexible provider to help with the clinic, call and ER as needed while there
Clinic volume is 10-15 PPD
All ages
Housing and Travel provided
Housing within a 2 minute walk from the clinic
REQUIREMENTS:
AK State License
DEA
BLS
ACLS
ATLS
Must have good EM experience to cover the call when needed
Must have at least one to two years' experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care/ER experience
Must be open to flexible schedule of weekday clinic hours, night call and weekend call
