About the POSITION:
FNP needed for outpatient clinic and also ER on-call coverage for 1/3 of the weeknights and weekends per calendar year. (the ER averages only 20 patients per month)
The current provider is leaving in June, so the need is urgent!
Full scope Primary Care in the clinic
For any on-call coverage provided in excess of the 1/3 of the weekday and weekends in the calendar year, they get paid an additional $55/hr.
About the COMP& BENEFITS:
Competitive Salary DOE
Loan Reimbursement - Employer pays up to $750/month for student loan reimbursement
Health Insurance - Employer pays up to $1200/month as reimbursement for candidate's cost of private health insurance.
Vacation/CME - 3 weeks vacation and 1 week CME w/$2500 reimbursement for approved CME expenses.
License - Employer shall reimburse APRN for professional licensures and allow for the necessary time to obtain required licensures needed for the range of services provided by APRN under this Agreement to include ACLS, ATLS, PALS, State licensure and DEA.
