FNP -
4/23- to 7/16/25, Wednesdays only, 8:30am to 4:30pm (unpaid lunch)
North Clarendon, VT 05759. NP preferred, but may consider a PA.
4/21- 7/17/25, Mon, Tues and Thursdays only-Th 8a-4:30pm, no MA on Fri
Ages 6+,
DETAILS on position:
Primary Care/Wellness with possibly some OccMed
EMR system is Athena
REQUIREMENTS:
Active VT license (prefer provider/NP that has autonomous license in VT)
2-3 years of Clinical experience
Certifications BLS or ACLS
