Your New Role:

• Position: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Endocrinology

• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; no late clinic hours, no 12-hour shifts, no after-hours charting, or call

• Experience: Minimum two years as an Advanced Practice Provider in Endocrinology/Diabetes required

• Patient Population: Adults with a focus on endocrine and metabolic disorders

In this Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Endocrinology, you will independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a focus on endocrine system disorders. This role involves working closely with a team of primary care physicians, clinical pharmacists, and care navigators to provide comprehensive, outcomes-based patient care. You will treat conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and other endocrine-related illnesses, with a strong emphasis on patient education and lifestyle management.
