Location: Sonora, CA | Organization: Sierra Emergency Medical Group (SEMG)
Facility: Adventist Health Sonora

Join a team with over 30 years of experience staffing the Emergency Department and Rapid Care Clinics for Adventist Health Sonora. SEMG is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in the Rapid Medical Exam (RME) area and two Rapid Care Clinics.

Position Highlights:

• Shifts: RME (11a–9p), Rapid Care (8a–5p), 4 shifts/week

• Compensation: $155K–$190K annually (base + RVU bonuses)

• Extras:

  • 5% weekend differential

  • Time-and-a-half for holidays

  • $2,500+ annual retention bonus

  • Relocation loan up to $10K (forgiven after 24 months)

Benefits:

• PTO:

  • Year 1: 4 weeks

  • Years 2–3: 5 weeks

  • Year 4+: 6 weeks

• Health Insurance:

  • 95% paid for employee, 75% for dependents

• Additional Coverage: Optional dental, vision, FSA

• CME & Licensing:

  • $1K–$3K annual CME reimbursement

  • 1 week paid CME leave

  • Paid malpractice, license, DEA, and dues

• 401K:

  • Eligible after 6 months

  • Employer contribution up to $46,500 based on salary

Qualifications:

• Licensed PA or NP in California (or eligibility to obtain)

• Emergency/urgent care experience preferred
