LOCATION: New Lisbon, WI
JOB TYPE: 1099 Locums Contract

DESCRIPTION:
Dates- Start ASAP for 3 months, possibly ongoing
Shifts- 8a-5p, Mon-Fri or possibly 4x10’s
Setting – Outpatient Corrections Facility
Ages- Adult/Adolescent population/Males - Medium Security
No weekend, No holiday, No call
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active WI State License
- Active DEA
- Certifications- BLS
- 2 years minimum experience
