Surgery Experience and Endovascular Vein Harvest experience for CABG or Call

No requirement for call to in-house, 30 minute response time

EMR- EPIC


REQUIREMENTS

Active IL license

Active Board Certification

Certifications- ACLS

1 year of NP/PA experience in CV Surgery
