LOCATION: Edmonds, WA
JOB TYPE: 1099 Locums Contract

DESCRIPTION:
· Start 10/1/2024- 1/31/2025, Monday- Friday 8hr shifts, or 4 x10’s
· Setting inpatient and outpatient, no call
· All adults, 50% office and 50% hospital
· EMR- EPIC
REQUIRED:
· Active WA license
· Active DEA
· Active Board Certification
· ACLS and BLS
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate
· Malpractice insurance coverage
SCHEDULE:
