(Archived) Cardiothoracic First Assist Nurse Practitioner (NP) Needed - Locum Tenens

Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: November 1 - ongoing, 10-14 shifts per month. Need full time and PRN.
- Preferred Schedule: Weeknight Call required 1:6 and some weekend call needed – 2 on call at all times.
- Worksite Setting: Hospital; OR
- Scope of Work:
- Supporting the cardiothoracic surgery operating room as a First Assist and Secondary Role when not in the OR managing CTS inpatients and clinic patients. (Secondary role is not optional, must be willing to see CTS inpatients and clinic patients when not in surgery)
- NP must be Acute Care Certified
- MUST HAVE – They will need to be trained and competent in endo-vein and endo-radial harvesting.
- Heart and lung transplant experience would also be preferred.
- Robotics experience needed
