Your New Role:

• Position: Primary Care Provider
• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:45 am - 2:15 pm; Call rotation
• Experience: Primary care with experience in substance abuse treatment
• Patient Population: Adults 18 and older, focusing on substance abuse and primary care cases
