Description:

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join our collaborative practice in Northwest Indiana. The provider will work with a dedicated team of nurse midwives and physicians to deliver comprehensive care to our patients.

Highlights:

• Daily rounding on post-delivery patients

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree - Required
• 5 years Staff RN in Labor and Delivery - Required
• 2 years Clinical physician office - Preferred
• Nurse Midwife (NMW) – Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) – Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association

Common Diagnoses and Procedures:

• Antepartum and Postpartum care
• Pap smears
• Breast exams
• Annual Wellness Exams
• Deliveries
• Collegial team
• Strong referral base
• Support from onsite specialists
