Job Overview - LPN (Per Diem):
Our client is looking for a compassionate LPN (Per Diem) to provide essential healthcare services to program participants in Bucks County, PA. This role involves flexible scheduling, including rotating weekends, and focuses on managing and addressing the health-related needs of residents.
Compensation: $36/hour
Location: Bucks County, PA
Schedule: Flexible Shifts (Rotating Weekends)
Responsibilities as the LPN (Per Diem):
- Documentation: Maintain nursing documentation and medication records.
- Medication Management: Assist residents with understanding their medications and ensure proper administration as ordered by the physician.
- Nursing Care: Provide care including wound care, trach care, diabetic counseling, and more.
- Health Assessment: Assess residents’ health and emotional needs regularly.
- Communication: Coordinate with nursing and program staff, and report serious issues to the Nurse Manager and Program Director.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing School (LPN).
- Licensure: Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license.
