Job Overview - Per Diem LPN:
Our healthcare client is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Philadelphia, PA. In this flexible role, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents, focusing on their health and well-being through comprehensive care and medication management.

Compensation: $36/hour
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Flexible Shifts (Per Diem)

Responsibilities as the Per Diem LPN:
  • Documentation: Maintain nursing documentation and ensure medications are administered as ordered by the physician and recorded in the electronic MAR.
  • Education: Assist residents in understanding their medications and health needs.
  • Nursing Care: Provide nursing care, including wound care, trach care, diabetic counseling, and other health-related services.
  • Assessments: Assess residents’ physical and emotional health and provide necessary interventions.
  • Communication: Communicate with the nursing and program staff about resident health and any serious concerns.
Qualifications for the Per Diem LPN:
  • Education: Licensed Practical Nurse with a current Pennsylvania license.
  • Licensure: Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Certification: CPR Certification required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills with experience in resident care.
