Job Description

Client seeking LPN/LVN for contract assignment in Louisville, KY from November 18 - January 31 except for holidays which are November 28, 29, December 25, January 1. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see newborns and up for primary care and acute care. Duties include lab draws, immunizations, vital signs, prior authorizations, rooming patients, front desk duties, medication administration, and allergy injections. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
