Job Overview - Part-Time Youth Care Nurse (LPN):
Become a Part-Time Youth Care Nurse (LPN) with our client in Hampton, NJ, providing direct care to youth in Out of Home (OOH) settings. You’ll support their well-being while promoting health, hygiene, and trauma-informed care.

Compensation: $40/hour
Location: Hampton, NJ
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (32 Hours/Week)

Responsibilities as the Part-Time Youth Care Nurse (LPN):
  • Nursing Care: Administer medications, assess physical conditions, and integrate findings into treatment plans.
  • Support: Assist youth with daily living activities (ADLs) and accompany them to medical appointments.
  • Education & Health: Educate youth and staff on health, hygiene, nutrition, and overall well-being.
  • Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation, including medication administration reports and progress notes.
  • Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure compliance with quality assurance programs.
Qualifications for the Part-Time Youth Care Nurse (LPN):
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
  • Licensure: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in New Jersey.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience working with ID/DD youth.
  • Skills: Basic computer literacy, excellent communication and judgment skills.
  • Other: Valid NJ Driver’s License with clean driving record.
