Job Description

Client seeking LVN/LPN for contract assignment in Rockford, IL from ASAP - December 6. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 6:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, phlebotomy, and office coverage. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment as well as BLS/CPR.
